Service

SarApply provides travel and immigration-related services and uses an Instagram assistant to process configured comments and user-initiated direct messages. An automated response is general information, not individualized legal advice or a guarantee of immigration, application, or travel results.

Acceptable use

You may interact with SarApply only through ordinary Instagram features and in accordance with Instagram's terms. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service, submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, or use automation to create spam or excessive traffic.

Instagram and third-party services

SarApply is an independent service and is not endorsed by Meta or Instagram. Instagram controls its own platform, accounts, availability, and content. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's and Instagram's terms and policies.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. SarApply responds only to configured interactions and does not authorize unsolicited or bulk messaging.

Availability and liability

The Instagram assistant is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, SarApply is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the assistant or from Instagram's availability or actions.
